| Note: | We guarantee only what is paid for on arrival. There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. We will require the presentation of a valid credit card at check in for all stays. |
| Vehicles: | Speed limit is 8 kph or 5 mph. Watch for children playing!
Parking permitted in designated parking areas only. Unlicensed vehicles are not permitted to operate in the campground. |
| Quiet Hours: | Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe quiet time from 10 PM to 7 AM. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Generator use is not permitted. |
| Visitors: | Please ensure your visitors or non-registered guests • Park only in designated guest parking areas provided. • Leave the property by 10 PM. |
| Pets: | Pets are welcome at Riverside, but please remember: • Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended. • Pets are not permitted at the beach area, in playground areas or in any buildings. • Please clean up after your pet. |
| Fires: | Campfires are permitted between 7 AM and 11 PM. Fires must be attended at all times, kept low and contained within the fire rings provided. Fire Bans may be imposed. |
| Trees: | To ensure a quality experience for future guests, the cutting of trees, shrubs or branches and the gathering of dead wood is strictly prohibited. Please do your part to maintain our unique environment. Firewood may be purchased at our store. |
| Wildlife: | Guests are asked to read and comply with Riverside's policies regarding co-existence with Whistler's resident bear population. BE BEAR AWARE. Do not feed or harm any wild animals. |
| Tables: | Please do not remove tables from other sites. Ask us if you require an extra table. |
| Alcohol: | Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only within the boundaries of your cabin, RV site, or campsite and are not permitted in public areas. |
| Garbage: | All garbage and food items must be contained within your cabin or vehicle (not in tents or on porches) until disposal. Please note that we do have a recycling station. |

RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
June 1 - Sept. 30, 2008
A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is due at time of reservation, with full payment being due 14 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon, 14 days ahead). Payments are non-refundable once due and no refunds will be given for cancellations; THIS INCLUDES ALL NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES.
Dec. 19, 2008 - Jan. 3, 2009
A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is due at time of reservation, with full payment being due 30 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon, 30 days ahead). The first night's payment is non-refundable, cancellations made after full payment is due but more than 15 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of total, and no refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival (12:00 noon 15 days ahead); THIS INCLUDES ALL NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES.
ALL OTHER DATES
A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable, with the remainder being due upon arrival. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival (12:00 noon, 2 days ahead) will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay; THIS INCLUDES ALL NO-SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES.
